Our Story

After meeting in London and falling in love, Giovanni and Suzan decided to open a restaurant.

With years of experience as a restaurant manager, Giovanni proposed the idea of opening his own restaurant and recruiting his wife, Suzan, as the head chef.

After spending countless hours in the kitchens with Giovanni’s sisters, learning about Italian home cooking, Suzan wanted to bring the comforting flavours she had found in Naples back to London for everyone to enjoy.

This experience of Italy is embodied through our dining experience at Conchiglia, we aim to satisfy those cravings of comfort with our food and ambiance.
