Job Overview
The role is responsible for promoting the business and increasing revenue through effective marketing and customer engagement strategies. Duties include managing and developing the company’s social media platforms, creating and implementing advertising campaigns, and promoting the restaurant’s services to a wider audience.

The post holder will organise and coordinate events and corporate bookings, liaise with clients, and build relationships with new and existing customers. They will also identify business development opportunities, improve brand visibility, and support the overall commercial performance of the business.

The role requires a proactive approach to increasing bookings, particularly for group events and corporate functions, and ensuring consistent customer engagement through digital marketing and promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives

  • Manage social media channels, creating engaging content and increasing audience engagement

  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve website ranking and optimise online presence

  • Coordinate and manage digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads and other platforms

  • Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools, providing actionable insights

  • Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including emails, blogs, and promotional content

  • Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships

  • Utilise WordPress and Adobe Photoshop to update website content and design visual assets

  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives, fostering relationships with partners and clients

  • Monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging

  • Organise events, webinars, or promotional activities to enhance brand awareness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in management, project management, or related roles within marketing

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, and email marketing tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and IT systems

  • Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively

  • Exceptional copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Leadership qualities with experience in team coordination or supervision preferred

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and principles of digital marketing optimisation

  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
